“The closer the human species moves by degrees to its natural design, the healthier and therefore happier it will be.”
Another great podcast from Rich Roll.
I had never heard of Sid Garza-Hillman. Former assistant to Woody Harlson, musician, defeated asma via food, runs wellness center at Stanford Inn Mendocino, plant based person, letterpress printer, nutritionist and book author, but thanks to Rich Roll I will pay attention to him from now on. He has a very easy going voice and attitude towards his belief in living a “Natural Life”. Based on common sense approach and simple set of principals. I’m looking forward getting his book, Approaching the Natural: A Health Manifesto, in the mail.
